I have been using Serverspace for a few months now...

I have been using Serverspace for a few months now and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The website is easy to navigate and the servers are quite reliable. However, their customer support could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response from them. Overall, Serverspace is decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
