Fabulous service and care today at A&E,
A big thank you to reception, triage, and a very gentle phlebotomist. A massive thank you to Dr Ritter, who sorted more out today in 20 minutes, than I have been asking for in 15 months. This lady took it upon herself to put in motion tests and appointments, even just calling me at home with results of the blood test. Which highlighted something I hadn't even known about. Today I know why the NHS
cannot be allowed to be chopped up and sold off. It belongs to the people, not the government and as long as there are members of staff such as those I met today, we should be fighting for it. Respect & thanks.
