My parents bought 3 item. A loveseat and 2 chairs....

My parents bought 3 item. A loveseat and 2 chairs. 4 hours after they bought and paid for these items they get a call saying that one of the chairs that they bought was sold 4 days earlier. Now you think this would show up on their computer or they would put a sold sticker on the chair. They did none of this. So now my parents are told that they csn pick something else and pay more money or they can wsit 6 months to get the chair. This is so wrong. And the sales lady was not in the least bit sorry and even got rude with my parents when i said thst my parents should not have to psy more money for their mistake. Asking if i wanted her to pay for my parents furniture. Bad business all around.
