I recently completed the Civil Service Fast Stream program and I must say it was a transformative experience. The program offers a great balance between classroom-based learning and practical work experience. The mentors and colleagues I worked with were incredibly supportive and helped me grow both personally and professionally. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide more networking opportunities. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the program to anyone seeking a challenging and rewarding career in public service.
