LaunchSky has been a mixed bag for me. While their website is easy to use and navigate, there were some issues with my order. I had ordered a product, but it arrived much later than the estimated delivery date. Eventually, I received a replacement, but the delay was frustrating. The customer service was responsive, but the overall experience was just okay.
