I'm a regular customer at the Firebrand Bakery and I can't praise them enough. The bread is always fresh and full of flavor. The sourdough has the perfect texture and the crust is wonderfully crispy. The pastries are equally good, especially the pain au chocolat. It's my go-to treat whenever I visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations. The only downside is that they tend to sell out quickly, so make sure to go early. Overall, a fantastic bakery that never disappoints!
