I recently signed up for a broadband service from a reputed company. The speed provided by the service is commendable. The customer service is good, and they are responsive to queries. However, there is room for improvement in terms of website usability. It would be great if they could simplify the navigation and make it more user-friendly. Apart from that, I am satisfied with the overall service provided.
