IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES DON'T CHOOSE THIS AGENCY.

This is the worse agency I have ever dealt with. They have very weak coordination between the HHAs and the clients. They don't have enough workers to cover the shifts. If one is absent they don't have a substitute. They keep the client in a very hard situation without even caring. They will accept new cases and give fake promises, and then call you every day and the other saying they don't have an HHA to show up. VERY BAD SERVICES
