I am so happy I contacted this Manufacture of my favorite Halloween Decoration Creeper Rising Animated doll. See my Rising Creeper stop working and i was just so upset; that I almost had a meltdown. To be completely honest I was feeling Depress that I wouldn't be able to fix it. But these amazing people at SVI stood by their product and help me. I love you guys you have made my Halloween yr . Now my kids an the ones on my block will be scared lol.... I am so Happy I screamed at work lol Cant wait to get the parts thank you Lois your amazing
