I had a mixed experience with Profile Gallery. While the website was easy to use and had a good selection of profiles, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my queries and I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
