Michigan business connection is an average company. I have had both positive and negative experiences with them. The loan process was smooth and they provided the funds quickly. However, their customer service was lacking. I had difficulty getting in touch with a representative and when I did, they were not very helpful. Overall, my experience was okay, but I expected better.
