I have mixed feelings about the Pennsylvania public transportation association (ppta). While their services are generally satisfactory, there have been instances where I faced delays and inconveniences. However, their customer support team was helpful in resolving my issues. I would say that there is room for improvement, but overall, it's an okay experience.
