I recently had a dental appointment at Arrow Smile Dental and my overall experience was average. The staff was polite and welcoming, making me feel comfortable during my visit. The dentist listened attentively to my concerns and provided helpful explanations about the treatment options available. However, I did find the waiting time to be slightly longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the dental equipment could have been updated to provide a more modern and comfortable experience. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the office was notable, and the receptionists were efficient in handling paperwork and scheduling. Despite some areas for improvement, Arrow Smile Dental provided adequate dental care, and I would consider returning in the future.
