I recently had the opportunity to order some products from tal-kno.com, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate 🌐, and I found the products I was looking for. However, the customer service could have been better 😕. I had some questions about the products and emailed their support team but didn't receive a response for a couple of days. The products did arrive on time, which was a relief ⏰, but the packaging wasn't very secure, and one item was slightly damaged 📦😔. On a positive note, the quality of the products was decent, and they met my expectations 💪. However, I feel that the company could improve in terms of communication and packaging to provide a better customer experience. Overall, an average experience.
