I have been a customer of Rottler und Rüdiger und Partner GmbH for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in delivering their products on time, I find that their customer support could be improved. There have been instances where I had to reach out multiple times before getting a satisfactory response. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
