I recently used their services for a project, and I found their communication and response to be satisfactory. However, the overall experience was just average. Although they are professional, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and timeliness. The website provided some helpful information, but it could benefit from better organization and more user-friendly navigation. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that. Overall, not a bad experience, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I hope they can make some improvements! 😐
