I recently used the services of this company to help me with some property management issues. The website was informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very attentive. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the resources provided were helpful, and the overall experience was okay. I hope that the customer service can be improved to match the quality of the information available.
