The experience with Hdvideovillage.com has been average. The website is easy to navigate and their product range is extensive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them several days to respond to my query and when they did, the response was not very helpful. Overall, I would say they provide an okay service but there is definitely room for improvement.
