Having been a student at Durocher College during my five full years, I can honestly say that I met many employees on both faculty and management side who, instead of helping students evolve, made fun of They publicly verbally debased them, and even intimidated them. Too many anecdotes to be able to relate them in this paragraph, but unfortunately I have witnessed numerous incidents with my own eyes. Employees, for many, who have no pedagogy, good manners or empathy with young people.
