I recently availed the services of a company for my insurance needs. Although the Silverberg group provided me with satisfactory service, there were a few areas where they could improve. The communication was adequate, but at times, it felt lacking. However, their expertise and experience were evident in guiding me through the insurance process. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
