Been a patient here for coming up on 8 years. I have had 2 doctors that were the worst ever. 1st acted like we were still in the military. No working together to solve the health issue. 2nd one was ok in person but yelled and screamed at me on the phone several different times. I filed a complaint but she has never been dealt with. The doctor I now have seems better and I like the team availability. The people in the pharmacy can be the most condescending, non caring individuals that look down their nose at you. The are also extremely rude at times and act like I m just another inconvenience in their day. The director s office Secretary is very pleasant but when they stop taking calls due to a high volume of complaints that they do nothing about then something needs to change. I wish that I was able to give a better picture but at times it has been down right pitiful to be a patient here. To live in constant pain from two failed back surgeries and have to put up with the inconsistent attitudes that are present is enough to drive anyone over the edge. Fire the bad help and treat us with dignity. I don t care if you re having a bad day because just about every day is bad for me. So drop the attitude and provide the service you were hired for!
