I recently used their products for my lab and found them to be quite average. The website was user-friendly, and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product I received didn't entirely live up to my expectations. I felt the quality could have been better, especially given the price. The customer service was decent, but not overly helpful when I had some questions about the product. Overall, it was an average experience.
