I called on 5/19 after getting a referral from the emergency room I visited due to a threatened miscarriage and was told I would receive a call from the doctor within a few days. I called back on 5/24 since I had not heard from them yet and was told the same thing. Every other time I have tried to get ahold of them I have been put on hold for hours and I keep getting bumped down in the order of calls. I was caller 3 two hours ago and now I am caller number 5. The communication has been terrible and it genuinely seems like they do not care about new patients at all. It s now 5/31 and I still have not heard from them or even been able to get into contact them since 5/24. Very disappointed.
