Never Again! We came here with the whole Family to Relax after this year. But I am staying here the 3rd day out of 8th and I am more stressed then back home working. The service is terrible! We and also other guests wait 30-40 min for a coffee at breakfast. In the morning the tables were not ready and dirty plates around you are the new standard of this hotel. I don t blame the stuff, because I believe they try best but they are just not enough. The blame is on the management. If you can not provide the service you should for the price you are asking you should ether keep you doors closed or lower the price. The room we are staying is small and bit old. The shower fall on my head because the holding was not made for it ( do not fit/hold). You need to hold the shower in your hand to be able to wash your hair. My parents in law are paying the same price as us but have a bigger room and a modern bath that includes bathtub and shower our room has only a bathtub and half the size. So be carful while coming here you can end up short paying the same price. There is no iron in the room and after requesting one we got the answer is not allowed for security reasons. So you either walk full of wrinkles or you end up paying for ironing you whole suitcase.
Only one bottle of complementary water for whole stay. You need to ask for everything, wait and get stressed this is not holiday for me. And last but not least they are asking to pay for the WiFi! I am speechless, maybe they still haven t realized were have arrived in the digital world. I hear the whole time sorry from the stuff I hope the management will be also understandable when I say sorry I want to pay less. For me not a leading hotels in world .
