Terrible customer service. No online services, so you have to call in for everything. Want to know your bill? Get ready to call in and be treated with disrespect. The only thing that kept me using Sharp for healthcare was the fact that they made it almost impossible to cancel. Run away fast. Super incompetent staff. I have no idea who the patient treatment is because I was completely unable to use it. Never got a card. Not able to get help from customer service. They never sent me anything, just took my money.
