Ymca Newark and Sherwood is an excellent fitness center with a great community atmosphere. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and supportive. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide personalized guidance. The group fitness classes are challenging but fun. I highly recommend Ymca Newark and Sherwood!
