I've been to quite a few places for permanent makeup, but none have compared to the European Institute of Permanent Make Up. The level of skill and expertise here is unmatched. The staff truly cares about the customer's satisfaction and takes the time to understand their needs. I had my eyeliner done and it looks absolutely stunning. I can't recommend EIPMU enough!
