They could do much better on customer service. I sent Chem Link an order and what they wanted to ship did not match what I wanted to buy ( in quantity or price) so instead of flagging the order and contacting me on this discrepancy ... They send me an email confirmation with what they were sending and then, "if there was an issue it is MY responsibility to address them prior to shipment." NOOOOO... if you don't want to fulfill my order don't send it until it is worked out .....Not concerned if I was out sick, on vacation or other. So when I did not reply before they shipped in 24 to 48 hours.. Their response was, "If not done so it is implied that the shipment is correct." Plus, If you wish to return the shipment in full a 25% restock fee".... They could do much better on customer service.
