I have been taking my cars to Audi of San Diego since 2004 first with my A8 and then with my Q7 which I bought from them. George has been my service adviser for over 10 years. I have always had a good experience with them but last week my brake lights came on and I took it in thinking something is not right since I had the brakes replaced not long ago. I was told that there were some damage on the underbelly of the car. This was very disturbing to me since I have only driven the car less than 350 miles since the last time I brought the car in for service and at that time they didn't notice any damage. I am the only one that drives this car and I am very confident that I did not run over anything. I complained to George about this and he immediately called up the technician who worked on it. I also complained to George that I felt the technician put on excessive mileage on my car during that service. They put on 25 miles to test for fluid leaks. We got on the phone with the technician and he explained what he did and assured me he did not damage my car. I did not accept that I did any damage and they claimed they didn't cause any damage either. Being a long term client, George put me in one of their loaner cars and said that he will escalate it up. He called me later in the afternoon and said they will take care of the repairs. The car is still in the shop now. I am supposed to pick it up this afternoon, we will see. This is the type of customer service I would expect from a quality establishment. George has always been a professional and always acts like one even with a disgruntled customer. The professionalism extends to the rest of the staff there. The General Manager, I think his name is Michael or George, came out of his office just to greet me and asked if he can help answer any questions when I was wondering around the showroom floor last time I was waiting for my car. A very friendly gentlemen. I would recommend Audi of San Diego to my friends and family. My Uncle and my cousin both brings their cars here for service as well. We are a satisfied family.
