I have been using Vianet media's internet service for the past year and I must say it has been quite average. The speed is decent, but I have experienced a few outages which were a bit frustrating. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get my issues resolved. Overall, I would say they are an average ISP.
