Great tool and easy to use. I use this every day and it has made it extremely easy to keep track of tickets and set notifications for specific tasks. We have started using TeamSupport not to long ago and I think I can speak for all of us on this team when I say that we are extremely fluent with it's functionalities. It is a very comprehensive tool that deserves to be utilized in more industries. The support we have received when first being exposed to it was superb. If you are in the market for a new ticketing system I would definitely say to give TeamSupport a chance.
