I had a policy with Gmac Insurance for several years and I can say it was an overall average experience. The rates were fair and the coverage was decent, but the customer service could have been better. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the claims process was quite slow. However, they did eventually pay out my claim and I had no issues with the settlement. Overall, I would rate Gmac Insurance as average.
