I recently dealt with a company that could really benefit from some updates. The website is professional and user-friendly, but the customer service needs improvement. They were a bit slow and unresponsive when I had an issue with my order. However, they eventually resolved the issue, and I appreciate that. Overall, it was an okay experience.
