After years of being a customer, my mother was left stranded without services with no notice to her or me. I had set up the services and paid all the bills, yet I was never notified that there was an issue. Had I been informed I would have been able to solve the problem quickly and easily. They sent a letter to my mother's previous address, but never apologized for the mistake and still ended her service. If you are looking for a reliable service with professional communication, look elsewhere.
