Very bad and very rude treatment. It seems that every time they print a document they are forgiving their lives.
I have worked with them several times. They have always been a little bit of edge, but they did not work badly and I have continued with them. From today I do not return.
I tried to send them an urgent document by e-mail to print, but my mobile's battery has run out and I have not been able to send it. Instead of saying things kindly and explaining that they could not print to me because they do not let anyone open their emails on their computers (something that is more understandable), they have turned (the owner) and without saying anything they have put to attend to the next. When he saw that I had bothered him, he told me he could not do anything and he told me to send it by mail, when I was already walking out the door.
If I had had the store bursting with people, I would have understood that I would not stop to say anything, but there was only one person behind me.
When I left I went to another copy shop nearby, I told them what was happening to me and they even offered me a charger to charge my cell phone and send them the document.
There are times that with a smile and a good answer, much more is achieved. A shame
