I visited recently to buy a gift card for my wife, and I didn't find Estetica to be nearly as friendly and helpful as all the reviews made it out to be. Upon leaving, after making my gift card purchase, I noticed a sign out front with a gift card promotion - something they did not bring to my attention at the register. (For even increments of $100, a $20 bonus. Since I had made my purchase for $150, no bonus was credited.) I backtracked and inquired and was belatedly filled in. Naturally I was hoping that something could be arranged for me to capture the $20, since I had missed out on it by accident and on a technicality. All I got was, essentially, sorry...tough bounce. All I know is that, if it were my establishment, I would bend over backward to make things right with the customer within reason. I was honestly taken aback and borderline shocked by their unwillingness to even talk to me about it. I guess after I made the purchase I went from being a customer to being an inconvenience.
