I ordered a few items from this online store and my overall experience was average. The website was easy to use and had a good selection of products. The quality of the items was decent, but not exceptional. The shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the customer service was helpful in providing updates. I would consider ordering from Vanilla Urban Threads again, but I hope they can improve their product quality and shipping time.
