Then I was told I would be notified when I could bring my phone BACK to have the work done, because we can t keep it until we get to it. So I get to waste another 30 minutes of another day in line to deliver the phone back?

Fine only there version of ASAP is a 20 minute hold to tell me to bring the phone in.
