I was so amazed and comforted through my entire home search and financing process, and wouldn't ever think of using anyone other than my Realtor Joyce Armstrong with Tom & Cindy! I've made other home purchases, but this was the smoothest ever! I ended up using the loan officer Joyce recommended to me, SWBC Mortgage, and could not be more pleased! Every part of this stressful process was so much better with these top notch group of professionals...starting with Joyce Armstrong, then SWBC Mortgage, Pete Hamner from Homescope Inspection Service, and RGS Title in Springfield really impressed me; I strongly recommend using the same professionals I did if you want a completely flawless home purchase like I had. P.S. Tom & Cindy even let you use their moving truck....who can top that?
