I recently attended a baking class at Bakery Institute and it was absolutely fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate, and they created a supportive and welcoming environment. The curriculum was well-structured and allowed for hands-on practice. The only minor issue was that the class size was a bit larger than expected, which made it a bit crowded at times. However, overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Bakery Institute to anyone interested in baking.
