I had a mixed experience with Planet VIP. While the website was easy to use and the customer support was good, I had some issues with the package I booked. Some of the activities mentioned in the itinerary were not available and the accommodations were not up to par. I contacted the customer support and they were helpful in resolving the issues, but it was still a bit disappointing. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
