Had called them regarding just my upstairs unit no longer cooling. 3 years prior a different company came out and recharged it and fix a leak. This time it was icing over indicating it needing to be recharged again. The tech came out, and even though I only needed the upstairs unit recharged, he took an entire 2 hours to look at both of my units and write up a $1000 repair cost for a few parts. This was after telling me these units are old and should just be replaced.
He could not find the leak on the upstairs unit and said it was probably such a small leak that it would have to be recharged every few years. He recharged it for $350. 6 weeks later it has leaked out and is not working again. I call them today and they tell me there is no warranty on the work at all and that I could have them come out again to find the leak, which they could not find the first time, and do it all over again at full price. WTH!
