I had a mixed experience with Nicnack Productions. While I appreciate their efforts to deliver the project on time, the overall execution was not up to the mark. The website lacks important information and could use some improvements. The team was responsive but took longer than expected to address my concerns. I hope they can work on these areas to provide a better experience to their clients.
