I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and was told Saturdays they are closed and is appointment only.
I walked into the garage and was looked at by the person working there but was not helped or acknowledged for over 30 mins. I came in prepared to pay good money to get my paint corrected and get a ceramic coat and was made to feel that my business was not wanted. I am not at all happy with the experience I had with KC Detail. Maybe you feel that if you do good work you don t need to have good customer service, but I would not recommend this shop after my experience.
