Just wanted to commend the staff from Renewal by Anderson. Our sales rep, Gary Winter, was really good at what he does from the initial contact and throughout the whole sales process. He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I actually enjoyed a process that we were somewhat dreading. As for our install crew, we can't say enough, really. Stan, the lead on the crew was very good from initial contact throughout the entire job. He was very attentive and responsive to our wishes and for the few modifications we asked for. He went out of his way and took plenty of time to listen to us and respond in a very friendly, eager to please manner. A real pro and an asset to your company. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a first rate job done on their home. His crew, Ruslan, Valerie and Igor were equally professional and talented so thanks to all of them, from both my wife and myself for a great experience.
