I have been to NWO on several occasions for various medical treatments, some small, some not so small. My experience has been that the entire medical staff is very professional, competent, and thorough. I always felt like I received excellent care, from diagnosis, through the actual procedure, and including any follow-up visits. I have heard some people complain that the doctors are running behind and they have to wait too long for their scheduled visit. I have experienced a couple longer wait times but...when it comes to my health I prefer a medical team that is going to take the time they need to get it right, and they do! Way to go, NWO!!
