I recently went on a trip booked through GoTravelRoyale.com and it was an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. However, the customer service could have been better. The representative I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get the information I needed. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected more from a company like Travel Royale.
