I have been a customer of Santander seguros y reaseguros, compañía aseguradora, s.a. for several years now and I must say that their services are truly average. The rates they offer seem to be in line with the market, but I have noticed that their customer service can be quite slow at times. Overall, I would say that my experience with the company has been satisfactory.
