I have been a customer of Thompson Press, Inc. for several years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their printing work is satisfactory, but the customer service can be improved. I have had a few instances where there were delays in receiving my orders and the staff was not very responsive during those times. However, they always managed to rectify the issues eventually. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
