I recently visited obtrs.org to see the adorable dogs they have available for adoption. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the dogs. They have a good variety of small dog breeds to choose from. However, I do feel that the adoption process could be a bit smoother and more organized. Overall, it was an average experience, but I still appreciate the work they do in rescuing and rehoming small dogs.
